Marlins English Language Test for Seafarers of Spoken English (TOSE)

We would like to invite you to take the Marlins TOSE examination. TOSE exam lasts 20-30 minutes.
In order to take the TOSE exam, you must have a Marlins English Tests from an Approved Test Centre, which means that the test was conducted under strict examination conditions with formal procedures and documentation. In addition, you must have valid photo identity document - seaman's book or passport with you (prerequisite). You will receive a certificate upon completion of the test.

Test duration: 20-30 minutes + approx. 15 minutes for organisational activities
Format: stationary test at the MEC in Szczecin - Marlins Approved Test Centre or online exam
Price: PLN 295.00 (external) or PLN 270.00 (students of the Maritime University of Szczecin)

How to sign up for the test?

A person wishing to take the Marlins TOSE should complete the following two steps:

1. complete the application form (Marlins application form)

2. once you have received confirmation of successful enrolment, pay the required amount to the account:
